South Park

For this project KuiperCompagnons developed a detailed masterplan, architectural solutions for residential and public buildings and landscape plan. The plot is located along Kashirskoe highway, approximately 13 km from MKAD.

South Park – is a low-rise residential project with western European architecture, combining the comfort of urban living, which implies existence of all the necessary infrastructure and advantages of suburban living in ecological area near the forest.

The plan foresees construction of three strorey buildings with quite cozy inner-yards and private patios along the first floors of the buildings.

Apart from that the plan includes kindergarten building and commercial centre with local shops and offices which is located along the main boulevard of the project.

The Masterplan includes a series of diverse public spaces, sport field and playgrounds, green natural corridor and small square with a café.
