KuiperCompagnons prepared masterplan, architectural design and landscape for new residential district in Moscow region.

Rupolis-Rastunovo displays a new project of low-rise development consisting of three storey buildings organised in perimeter blocks. This layout allows to create a clearly defined road network and emphasizes the visual demarcation between the private and public spaces.

The inner spaces of the blocks include semi-public spaces which are ideally suited for picnics and casual encounters of the residents. Apart from that we have also designed private patios for the first floor apartments. Apart from that KC also prepared design and landscape of the kindergarten.
