Tianjin Golden Home Landscape Design
On a plot of land measuring more than 5 hectares in the Nankai district, which is situated near the city centre of Tianjin, 22 high-rise apartment buildings are being erected. By means of a rather clever architectural and landscaping design, the idea is to attract a new, young and urban public which contributes to the enlivening and upgrading of this urban area. KuiperCompagnons has interpreted this challenge in a landscaping plan in which spatial continuity and variation, by way of theme gardens, match together and take care of a surprising layout which seems to detract from the high density of the built-up area.
